To download your backed up data or metadata as a .zip file, first, navigate to the Job History page of your backup job (it's the default tab). Make sure to choose the date range of the backup run you are interested in downloading.
Click on the Use snapshot button. You will then be able to select Download data or Download metadata to download your .zip file.
