Below, you'll find answers to frequently asked questions around how Flow error monitoring works, its licensing, setup, and customization options.
Is error monitoring licensed separately?
Yes. Flow error monitoring is licensed by standard Salesforce users in your Production org. Sandbox orgs are generally excluded with fair use limits in place. Please get in touch via the in-app chat or email us at sales@gearset.com if you'd like to know more about adding error monitoring to your account.
How many Salesforce orgs can I monitor for errors?
By default you can monitor two Salesforce orgs. If you require additional monitoring jobs then just contact us via the in-app chat or email sales@gearset.com.
Does Flow error monitoring store any sensitive information?
A necessary part of the error monitoring process requires Gearset to parse the auto-generated Flow error emails by Salesforce. Gearset has no control over the data included by Salesforce in the error emails. These emails may or may not contain certain types of PHI, PCI or PII (e.g. names of users involved in triggering the error).
The original content of the email is stored and displayed to you as part of the key functionality that error monitoring provides for the purposes of debugging issues. Gearset does not use or share that information with anyone outside of your team.
How can I stop Gearset from monitoring my Salesforce org?

Step 1: Set email recipients(s)
Navigate to
