After a bundle has been created, you can add more features to it as long as it hasn't been promoted to a downstream environment. To do this, select one or more PRs and click 'Add to bundle':
Here, you can specify which bundle to add features to, and what features to add. The 'Merge into bundle' button will then add them to the referenced bundle branch:
