Currently, this is only supported by notifications in Pipelines.
In order to get directly tagged in Slack or Microsoft Teams, we need some details about your handle in the respective platform your team uses.
How do I add my handle to my Gearset account?
1) Navigate to your account settings by clicking the Gearset icon in the top right and clicking My account as seen below:
2) Under profile settings, navigate to the Notifications page.
3) Under the messaging tools section, you will see the option to enter your Slack Member ID or your Microsoft Teams email address (or Entra ID).
4) Press Edit handle next to your respective platform, enter the required information and then press Save changes.
How do I find my Slack Member ID?
1) Open your Slack profile.
2) Select the three ellipses next to the "View as" button and click "Copy member ID". Paste this value in the Slack handle box on in Step 4 of the previous section.
