In the past some customers have asked when is Quick Deploy available when using Gearset functionalities, for example if Pipelines is being slow at deploying your already validated Promotion Branch.
We take advantage of Quick Deploy when possible on the deployment from the CI job, and these are the conditions to be met:
No other deployment has occurred since the validation of "Feature A" ran
No changes have been done in the Salesforce Org since the validation for "Feature A" ran
The validation of "Feature A" ran not more than 10 days ago
If all the above apply, then we should be able to quick deploy this "Feature A".
(Note: Quick deploy does not apply to the initial validation run by the pipeline when promoting a feature. Instead it will apply the the actual deployment of this CI job once the PR is fully merged)
