How to download monthly invoice, and request annual subscription invoice

If your team has an active subscription, team owners will be able to view the subscription within the app. The subscription details can be found in the Change Your Subscription page under Manage Subscription after you navigate to the My account section.

Invoices should be available to download from the billing date, however there may be a 48 hour delay in some situations before the invoice is generated ready do download.

To view any recent invoices for a subscription, select Show recent invoices...You can then click on any invoice link to see the PDF. It will display all invoices created within the 6 past months (as on image below).

Note that only monthly invoices are available to download in the Subscription history section.

If you need to review an older invoice, please first check your emails for past invoice email notifications as these contain a link to the invoice. If you cannot locate it for any reason feel free to reach out to the team on the in-app chat or email us at [email protected].

Where do I find a pdf of the annual invoice?

Annual invoices are usually emailed to the person at your organisation whom Gearset has as the Account Payable contact.

If for any reason you need a pdf version of your annual invoice, you can request it by emailing [email protected].

When do monthly invoices become available for download?

If you want to download the invoice on the same billing day as your "Next billing date" (i.e. billing date happens on 28 September 2023 - screenshot below), usually the invoice should be available for download straight away - provided it has been paid for.

​But in case you're viewing this page exactly on the billing date, and the invoice isn't available for download yet, please allow up to 48 hours (from the billing date) for the invoice to be generated for download.

If your invoice isn't downloadable past 48 hours from the billing date, feel free to email us at [email protected] or reach out via the in-app chat for support.

Note: Although in our app we refer to downloadable proof of payments for monthly subscriptions as 'invoices', these are in fact receipts for online debit/credit card payments.

If your organisation requires an actual invoice, please note that Gearset can issue invoices only for annual payments. Receipts issued for monthly payments cannot be changed into invoices.
