How to download monthly invoice, and request annual subscription invoice

Team owners can view subscriptions assigned to the team. If the team has an active subscription, it will appear in the My account section on the Manage subscriptions page.

If user wants to download the invoice on the same billing data as their "Next billing date" (i.e. billing date is 17 Jan and user tries to download the invoice on 17 Jan), the invoices should be available for download straight away.

But if they are not, notify customers to allow 48 hours (from the billing date) for the invoice to be generated for download.

To view any recent invoices for a subscription, click Show recent invoices.... You can then click on any invoice link to see the PDF for the 6 past months (as on image below).

Note that only the monthly invoices are available for download in this section:

If you need to review an older invoice, please consider having a look on your email for past invoices email notifications, and if you cannot locate it for any reason feel free to reach out to the team on the in-app chat or email us at [email protected].

Where do I find a pdf of the annual invoice?

Annual invoices are usually emailed to the person at your organisation whom Gearset has as the Account Payable contact.

If for any reason you need a pdf version of your annual invoice, you can request it by emailing [email protected].

When do monthly invoices become available for download?

If you want to download the invoice on the same billing day as your "Next billing date" (i.e. billing date happens on 28 September 2023 - screenshot below), usually the invoice should be available for download straight away - provided it has been paid for.

​But in case you're viewing this page exactly on the billing date, and the invoice isn't available for download yet, please allow up to 48 hours (from the billing date) for the invoice to be generated for download.

If your invoice isn't downloadable past 48 hours from the billing date, feel free to email us at [email protected] or reach out via the in-app chat for support.
