Pricing Model

Clayton is licensed based on the number of "Active contributors" at a cost of $150 per individual contributor, per month.

What is an "Active Contributor"?

An "active contributor" is defined as an individual who contributes to the development of your Salesforce application. This typically includes:

  • Developers

  • Admins

  • Anyone else actively working on Salesforce applications via code or configuration.

How are "Active Contributors" Counted?
Clayton counts active contributors by analyzing Git activity associated with each commit. It looks at the number of unique individuals contributing to the development of the application within any 90-day rolling window.

What's Included?

The $150 per individual contributor, per month license includes:

  • Comprehensive Scanning Library: Covers Apex, Flows, LWCs, and many other Salesforce components.

  • Git Integration: Enables enforced quality gates directly within your Git workflows.

  • Automated Fixes: Capability to automatically resolve identified issues.

  • Reporting: Insights into your Salesforce org and repository health.

  • Team Performance Insights: Data to help understand and improve team development efficiency.

Available Tiers

Currently, Clayton offers only one tier, which includes all available features. There are no different feature sets locked behind higher pricing tiers.

Salesforce Orgs and Git Repositories

There is no limit to the number of Salesforce orgs or Git repositories a customer can connect to Clayton.

Fair Usage Limits

Previously, Clayton applied "fair usage" limits that capped the amount of scanning or compute a customer could perform without incurring excess charges. These limits will no longer apply moving forward.
