Personal Settings In Code Reviews

Configure your profile, email addresses, multi-factor authentication, notification preferences, and appearance settings in Code Reviews.

Written by David Martin

Your User settings let you control how Code Reviews looks and behaves for your account. From here you can update your profile, manage the email addresses used to attribute your git commits, set up multi-factor authentication, and adjust your notification and appearance preferences.

General

Update your display name and avatar. These are shown to your teammates across Code Reviews, including in scan results, comments, and the People insights view.

Emails

Your primary email address is used for Code Reviews notifications.

You can also add secondary email addresses to your account. Code Reviews uses these to match your commits in the connected repository to your account, which powers the Personalized Developer Insights view. If your git commits use a different email address to the one you signed up with, add it here to ensure your activity is attributed correctly.

Notification Preferences

Control which events trigger email notifications. You can opt in or out of notifications for events such as new scan results, policy violations, and comments on your code.

Preferences

Guided tours When enabled, Code Reviews will highlight new features when they ship. You can turn this off if you'd prefer not to see these prompts.

Appearance Switch between light and dark mode to match your preference.
