What will this mean?

From June 3rd 2025, you will see a slight change to the in app chat widget, but the way you contact and receive support will stay the same.

For any in progress conversations, you might see a slight pause in chat response as we switch over Intercom instances. Don't worry though, we'll reach out to you after the switch over to continue your chat and keep supporting you.

On June 3rd, 2025 if you have sent us a message, but not seen a reply in over an hour, please try logging out of Clayton and back in again to see the updated in app chat widget.

After the switch over, any previous chats you had with us will no longer be accessible. If you would like to keep these for reference, please download them before June 3rd.
