This problem analyzer helps resolve issues while trying to deploy an item that requires a deleted item.

What triggers this problem analyzer?

If your deployment package contains an item that requires another item that is being deleted.

You'll see a message in Gearset stating that "Some items being deployed require another item that is being deleted".

What problem is it solving?

It is not possible to deploy an item that requires a deleted item. Attempting to run this deployment will result in a deployment error from Salesforce.

How does it work?

Gearset will automatically search the dependency tree of all your items and find any that reference deletions. These items will be flagged by this problem analyzer and it will suggest removing them from your deployment package.
